Rabbi Yisroel Tzvi Serebrowski, originally from Brooklyn, NY, studied in a number of elite rabbinical schools in America and Israel. In September 2001, married and living in Lakewood, NJ, he began organizing classes and teaching for the Torah Links outreach organization in Cherry Hill.

 In June 2004, Rabbi Serebrowski, his wife, Shoshana Miriam, and family relocated to Cherry Hill. He subsequently founded the Torah Links Minyan, Judaic Center, and Hebrew School. As Director of Torah Links of South Jersey, he is currently spearheading a Capital Campaign to build a new Torah Links Center on Springdale Road, slated for completion in May of 2012.

Warm and personable, Rabbi Mordechai Miller is the Educational Coordinator for Torah Links of South Jersey. Originally from Far Rockaway, New York, Rabbi Miller received his rabbinic ordination from Beth Medrash Govoha Rabbinical Seminary in Lakewood, New Jersey. Rabbi Miller is an excellent teacher and mentor, and he transmits the timeless values of our people to both young and old within the context of a warm and caring relationship. Rabbi Miller’s activities include community teaching, overseeing the Torah Links Hebrew School, organizing holiday and educational programming for adults and children, and being available to assist the community in any way possible. His wife Shoshana received her M.A. in speech-language pathology from Kean University and currently works for the Burlington City Public Schools. Together with their children, they enjoy welcoming people into their home and making them a part of the family.

 

Mr. Fred Gross - President

Mr. Fred Gross devotes a tremendous amount of time, love and resources to promoting the continuation of the Jewish people. Born and bred in Philadelphia, he attended Temple University for his undergraduate degree and holds a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Laws in Corporate Law and Finance from Winder University School of Law.  He is a proud Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and Sixers fan. Fred has a private law practice and serves as an adjunct professor at Burlington County Community College. Fred currently serves as the President of Torah Links of South Jersey and is on the board of Torah Links Central. Fred and his wife Brenda are active members of the Jewish community. They have been instrumental in bringing the Torah Links community to where it is today. Fred and Brenda are the proud parents of four and grandparents of seven beautiful grandchildren.

As a founder and mainstay of Torah Links of South Jersey, Steve Frankel hides his sparkling personality, keen insight, and a wealth of experiences and adventures behind his unassuming veneer. Over the past ten years, Steve has dedicated a tremendous amount of energy and resources to Torah Links. Steve’s late wife Iris a”h was the driving force behind the family’s involvement in Torah Links of Cherry Hill. Together, Steve and Iris opened their doors to Jews from all walks of life, giving them an opportunity to connect with their heritage. Passionate, devoted, and much beloved, Iris is sorely missed. Steve currently runs Frankel & Rubinson, a company that owns and manages commercial and residential real estate. He also serves as a trustee and member of the executive board of Torah Links of South Jersey. Steve enjoys playing with his grandchildren and being actively involved in Jewish causes. Steve and Iris have three wonderful daughters, Alex, Sarah, and Nomi.
